These terms apply to Kermzilla Studio websites, games, apps, and related services. Use them lawfully, do not disrupt their operation or security, and do not use them to harm other people. Our general-audience games are intended for players age 13 and older unless an app-specific notice says otherwise.
When you install a game, Kermzilla grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it on supported devices. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer, cheat, automate play, bypass security, manipulate ads or rewards, or modify the app except where applicable law expressly allows it.
Games may be live, in development, or coming soon. Features, screenshots, store links, release information, device support, and availability may change. Updates may be required, and some features may need a compatible device, internet connection, app-store account, or third-party service.
Some free games display advertising, including optional rewarded ads. A reward is granted only when the app and advertising service confirm the stated conditions were completed. Rewards have no cash value, may change or be discontinued, and must not be obtained through tampering, automation, or abuse.
Apple App Store, Google Play, Firebase, AdMob, storefronts, and other linked services have their own terms and privacy policies. Purchases or subscriptions, if an app offers them, are processed under the applicable store's rules. Kermzilla does not control every third-party service or its availability.
Kermzilla names, logos, artwork, game code and concepts, screenshots, writing, audio, and site design are owned by Kermzilla Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute them without written permission or another legal right.
External storefronts may handle merchandise pricing, payment, shipping, returns, and fulfillment under their own terms. If you send ideas, feedback, bug reports, or business inquiries, you allow us to review and respond. Do not send confidential material without a written agreement.
Our sites, games, and apps are provided as-is and as available to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kermzilla is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses; rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
